Prayer Request - September 16, 2003

Greetings from Haiti - and the ministries of International Child Care!

This week, I want to request prayer for Angeline and Angelo. They are twins born to a family that lives in the slums surrounding Grace Children's Hospital. I met them last week, as I was out in the field with an Urban Community Health agent on a vaccination clinic. We do not see twins very often in Haiti!

Angeline and Angelo are 4 months old, and are healthy little ones, on track to grow up big and strong, because their mother brings them to the health agent each month when he is in their neighborhood. When they are there, they are weighed to make sure they are growing appropriately; they receive all their childhood immunizations, as well as vitamin A; and their mother is reassured that all is well!

She is so proud! She wanted to make sure I took their pictures. Thank you for your faithfulness to the children of ICC and Grace Children's Hospital here in Haiti!
