Prayer and Praise

Prayer Request - September 25, 2003

Dear friends,

Greetings from Haiti, International Child Care and Grace Children’s Hospital. We have had a wonderful week, the children and I, getting to know one another a little better. We even had a party last Thursday – we’re always ready to party!

This week, I ask you to keep Donald Celiny in your prayers. Donald came to Grace on August 28, 2003 with polycystic tuberculosis. He is just 4 years old – a little sprite of a thing – who is very quiet, but always interested in what’s going on. His mother comes to visit every day, and is just like Donald – quiet, polite, and always interested in those around her.

This picture was taken last week, when Donald was still in the intensive care area. He is better this week and has been moved to a regular bed, but is still quite ill. Please keep him in your prayers, that he might continue to improve.

With many blessings,

Rev. Susan Kronbach

Chaplain, Grace Children’s Hospital
