Prayer Request - November 6, 2003

Hello from Haiti, and Grace Children's Hospital!

We want to take a moment to thank you for all your care and prayers. The children and I often pray together, and we know you are praying for us as well. Each time we receive visitors, the children have an opportunity to talk with them, and we always hear lots of thanks for your prayers, and many "Bondye beni ou!" - God bless you!

This week I would like to request prayer for Lourdine Pierre. Lourdine is 6 years old - now! She came to us in September and she was only 5 then, but her birthday was in October, and she is now 6! Lourdine was very sick when she arrived, with TB and other complications - and she never smiled! But today, she smiles every time I see her, and she is much better. Please pray for her continued improvement!
